[Company] Samsung Electronics Develops Industry's First 12-Nano Graphics DRAM

Samsung Electronics announced that it has developed DRAM (24Gb GDDR7) for 12-nanometer graphics for the first time in the industry.

The newly developed product has improved power efficiency by more than 30% with a speed that can handle 60 UHD movies with a capacity of 30GB in one second.

Samsung Electronics plans to commercialize it early next year after being verified by major customers.
