It means that Russia is engaged in a psychological war using the North Korean military.

However, the Pokrovsk front line in Donetsk, where the North Korean military is believed to have already been dispatched and operated.

Ukrainian media Kyiv Post previously reported that six North Korean officers were killed near Donetsk in a missile attack by Ukrainian forces.

The National Intelligence Service also released a photo of a suspected North Korean soldier captured with Russian troops near Donetsk on the 18th.
