[HAN DONG HUN / Representative of the People's Power]
My fellow Koreans, good evening.
I'm Han Dong-hoon, leader of the People's Power Party
.

It's been 10 months since I started politics, and it's been 100 days since I became the party leader.

He held a general election as chairman of the emergency committee and passed the party's national convention, which was like a war. The by-elections on October 16,

{10.16} felt like a mid-term evaluation of the party leader as the situation got bigger.

After the by-elections, I first found Gokseong, Jeollanam-do, which was defeated, not the place where I won.

The residents of Gokseong said, "I'll take a picture of you next time, come often," and it was the first time since the beginning of Korea that the leader of the conservative ruling party visited Gokseong.

In Busan Geumjeong, 61 percent of the votes were won by a 22 percent margin, but I know it means "giving another chance, although it's not enough."

In Ganghwa, Incheon, residents were ordered to "solve life problems such as North Korea's South Korean broadcasting."

Thinking about the meaning of each vote, 'We start to change'.

It was my inauguration as the party leader.

It was the order of the people and party members to respond to public sentiment, become more competent, and expand their presence.

For 100 days, I ran around and around for that 'change' and 'renewal'.

On the 100th, he raised his voice to reform people's livelihood politics, the right-wing direction of the Republic of Korea, youth politics, and politics.

The most talked about and gave strength was about resolving the medical situation, such as the 'Youth-South Korean Council for Medical Affairs'.

Is there a more urgent people's livelihood than this?

Yesterday, the government took a forward-looking stance, saying it would leave the approval of medical student leave to the university's autonomy.

Winter is coming.

I hope there will be more medical organizations participating in the ruling and opposition party council.

I'll try until the end.

{Abolition of financial investment tax} was persistent and strongly said.

The pros and cons also changed from enforcement to abolition, and when the ruling party and the government announced the abolition of the financial investment tax yesterday, the stock market immediately responded positively.

I don't think the Democratic Party can put it off any longer.

The Special Committee on Disconnecting the Gap was launched with the goal of 'Closing the Gap and Expanding Opportunities'.

I'll make sure to carry it out.

Instead of sacrificing the present life for growth, we should expand welfare through growth and produce productive welfare in which welfare also contributes to production.

To do so, an upward economy and the upward trend of the Republic of Korea are essential.

My argument to make Korea look rightward through semiconductors, AI infrastructure, and expansion of the national power network is to eventually contribute to the rightward orientation of each people's lives by growing pies and creating good jobs.

Recently, people's livelihoods are difficult due to inflation and job insecurity.

We will take care of the difficulties of people's livelihoods one step ahead of the cooperation between the government and the govern

We will ease people's anxiety by solving the rising economy and the gap.

The life and opportunities of young people are the future of our Republic of Korea.

The way to live for conservatives is also in the 'youth'.

At a recent youth reverse interview event, I saw an opportunity for the power of the youth and our people to grow together.

I'll be really good to the young man.

We have established a permanent talent recruitment committee to create a T/F for young people and to systematically discover/cultivate young people and good talents.

At the meeting of the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties, they insisted on "political reform."

The 'change and reform' I'm talking about is not just about us changing.

The entire political community should expand into a big 'political reform' that will "change" and "renew" in front of the people.

It was to protect the Republic of Korea that made the political reform measures promised in the general election an issue and advanced the revision of the spy law and the restoration of the NIS' anti-aircraft investigation rights.

It clarified the identity of the Republic of Korea and conservatives, and clearly warned against North Korea's brutal provocations, deterrence, and participation in Ukraine.

I met with the president as the leader of the ruling party.

The developmental transition to a horizontal government-government relationship that is different from the past has been one of the urgent tasks of the people's power.

This is because the government and the ruling party must increase synergy and coexist to create a regime that prevents the country from regressing.

I want our Yoon Suk Yeol government to remain a successful government more than anyone else.

So I feel a heavy responsibility to reinvent the regime and to do so.

In the past two and a half years, the Korean government has productively restored the Korea-U.S. alliance and improved the Korea-Japan relationship in a future-oriented manner.

By breaking away from low-key diplomacy with North Korea, he firmly adhered to the principles of North Korea policy.

It restored the ecosystem that collapsed due to the normalization of nuclear power plants and export of nuclear power plants, and seized the opportunity of the world nuclear power plant renaissance.

Defense exports have increased dramatically, and the president has taken the lead in global sales.

If it succeeds in incorporating into the World Government Bond Index (WGBI) and does not solve it on time, it is simply a "disaster."

The status of our capital market and economy has taken a big leap.

It was a great achievement that 'construction violence' and 'freight solidarity strike' lost their power at the labor-management relations site.

The four major reforms - pension/medical/education/labor - have so far been achieved by no government, but they are no longer inevitable, and they are also an irresistible task that the party and the government must pursue together.

However, it is unfortunate that these reform achievements have not been properly evaluated due to the public's disappointment and concern over some situations.

Without addressing such concerns and disappointments, it is difficult to pursue reforms.

Conversely, the reform drive will be bolstered as long as concerns and disappointments are addressed.

We have two and a half years left.

It's a long time to do anything, and those two and a half years of party and justice performance will set the direction of the next regime.

In order to be properly evaluated and to build the driving force of reform, there are things that must be completed first in November before the winter cold comes.

First, the parliamentary conflict should be resolved through the ruling and opposition parties and the public's anxiety about medical vacancies should be resolved.

When the cold comes, the demand for medical care skyrockets.

Second, only by changing, changing, and renovating ideas can the opposition party prevent attempts to destroy the constitution.

The standard is public sentiment.

It should be possible to boldly and preemptively present and implement solutions to the problems that have recently been revealed and other points that the people are concerned about.

"Waiting for the storm to pass is not right. It's not right to look at the storm in fear. "

This is a line of poetry that I said at the last Daegu National Convention, vowing to take the lead in rebuilding conservative politics.

Everyone is concerned about the storm to come.

We can't just look at it, can't we?

Everyone knows what the problem is and how to do it.

However, no one was willing to solve the problem.

As the leader of the ruling party, I came forward with that 'responsibility' to solve the problem.

We will unite and unite.

However, I will unite and unite to solve the problem, not to neglect it.

I clearly call on the Democratic Party as well.

First, the representative must make a clear position on the participation of the ruling and opposition parties in the political consultative body.

Resolving the medical situation is the most important part of people's livelihood at this stage.

The Democratic Party, which first mentioned the ruling-opposition political consultative body, now calls it premature, is to give up people's livelihoods and turn a blind eye to the health and life of the people.

The health of the people should not be taken as a political hostage.

Second, North Korea sent troops and participated in the war for Russia.

The Democratic Party should make a clear and official statement on North Korea's atrocities that threaten world peace.

Instead of saying the absurdity of passing on NIS torture techniques, the Democratic Party should make its stance against North Korea.

Third, violent political behavior that promotes a constitutional crisis and steals the judicial system should be stopped in order to bulletproof representative criminal charges.

No individual can or should be on the system.

To overthrow the justice system is to destroy the foundations of the country.

The power of the people will be prevented with the people.

I'll take the lead.

The power of our people is in a desperate crisis right now.

If you don't solve the problem now, there's nothing next for us.

In order for the subject of 're-creation of government' to be the 'power of the people', we must all be 'the subject of problem solving'.

It's the way we all really live, and it's the way for the Republic of Korea to finally live after overcoming the totalitarian demagoguery.

President Syngman Rhee, who led land reform and the Korea-U.S. mutual defense treaty, President Park Chung-hee, who achieved industrialization through heavy industrialization, and President Kim Young-sam, who broke the chain of corruption through the real-name financial system, are proudly engraved in our party's history.

I will do politics without shame, which straightens out the pride and pride of conservatives.

With patriotism and a spirit of challenge, we will lead to uninterrupted change and reform of the people's power.

I believe that the changes and reforms that began in Uri will signal a reform of the entire political arena that is old, corrupt and neglected by the people. From

ancient times to modern times, there has never been a fight in politics.

The strength of our people will not hesitate or spare themselves if it is a fight for the people.

In the process, we will not lose our justification for the country and the people.

If we don't lose that justification for the country and its people, it will be a process of true unity and inclusion.

However, we will focus more on our real goal of making our country do well and making our people live well.

To do that, we need to create a virtuous cycle of the rising economy and the gap we are pushing for.

When we seek growth through the 7th law of the upward economy, intensive support for the AI industry, it does not mean that we "invest in a man who will do well" for the "future" as in the past.

It is to climb into the trend of the AI revolution comparable to the industrial revolution, achieve the same growth as in the past period of rapid growth, and use the fruits of that growth for welfare for all of us today.

Growth itself is not the goal, but the fruit of growth should be used to promote welfare for all of us today.

That's the way to a multi-value society where we can all enjoy more value together.

I'll do it with all my heart.

Thank you to the people and party members for watching and encouraging us for 100 days.

Citizens who come and go say to me a lot, "It's hard these days, cheer up."

I'm sorry that politicians have to worry about the people, but they have to worry about politicians.

In fact, I know that the people are having a hard time.

Cheer up, people.

Thank you.
