The Democratic Party of Korea said it would take legal action, including the impeachment of the defense minister, if the Yoon Suk Yeol government sends it to the battlefield in 우 under the name of observers without the consent of the National Assembly.
Supreme Council member Kim Byung-joo said at the Supreme Council that Article 60 of the Constitution states that the National Assembly has the right to consent to the dispatch of troops abroad, and that if even one person is sent abroad, it will be a dispatch.
Supreme Council member Lee Eon-joo criticized that even though the overwhelming majority of the people do not want it, they will never be forgiven for recklessly intervening in other people's wars and putting people's lives at risk.
He added that he warns that if the sovereign people intervene in the war, they can withdraw their delegation of power in order to exercise their right to self-defense.
