The air quality in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi Province, and South Chungcheong Province is expected to deteriorate overnight as the smog from China comes in again for the first time in three days.

The National Institute of Environmental Research said that amid smog from China, there will be places where pollutants accumulate due to atmospheric congestion overnight, raising ultrafine dust concentrations to "bad" levels, especially in the Midwest.

Tomorrow, fine dust is expected to remain in the atmosphere in some midwestern regions such as Incheon, southern Gyeonggi Province, and Chungnam, which are expected to be "bad" throughout the day.

The Korea Meteorological Administration warned traffic safety on the way to work, saying there is a possibility that fog and dust may become tangled between dawn and morning tomorrow and blur the view.
