The man drove around Yeouido, Seoul, for 30 minutes while driving under the influence.

A man in a suit stumbles up to a car parked on the side of the road and hovers around.

Open the passenger's door, take off your outerwear, and get in the driver's seat and start the engine.

As soon as it moves forward, it stops for a long time as if it collided with something.

Citizens approach and knock on the door as if this appearance seemed precarious, but they leave the scene regardless.

This is where the accident vehicle was.

Right in front is a motorcycle parking lot, and the man hit the motorcycle that was standing here and ran away.

[Witness: My friend went and said 'knock knock' to find out what the situation is.... This person said 'boo' and put the motorcycle underneath and just left. There were a lot of fireworks underneath.]

After midnight, the man who left the scene like this drove around Yeouido.

In the end, he was caught by the police who were dispatched after receiving a report in 30 minutes, and he was confirmed to be drunk.

Even the car that was driven was not his own, it was investigated.

The police booked A for stealing someone else's car and driving after drinking alcohol.
