Investigators rush into an entertainment bar in Gangnam, Seoul.

When I looked through the room where the bottles of alcohol were stretched out, I found white powder.

Ecstasy and ketamine, which are hallucinogenic drugs.

Police have arrested 91 drug offenders, including a man in his 40s who sold drugs to customers and even provided a place to administer them.

Mr. A is accused of mobilizing employees to sell drugs at his entertainment bar for nine months from January.

It attracted customers saying that they could administer drugs as well as alcohol, but it was found that they steadily made 1 billion units of sales every month.

[Kang Sun-bong / Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Drug Crime Investigation Division 2 : While arresting drug offenders linked to Gangnam entertainment bar workers, he obtained additional information that A was handling a large amount of drugs in May, and arrested A and his accomplices sequentially through intensive investigation.]

Upon receiving information that drugs were widely distributed in Gangnam entertainment district, police raided and searched a large number of businesses with a size of 300 pyeong and 30 rooms.

During the investigation, the police confiscated 45 million won worth of drugs such as ketamine and ecstasy, and are also preserving the proceeds of the crime before prosecution.

In August, related regulations changed belatedly to allow business operators to sell drugs or watch them knowingly, raising the possibility that the business will be closed.

The police are continuing to expand their investigation not only against Mr. A but also against workers at Gangnam entertainment establishments.
