A worker in his 60s at Gunsan Remicon Plant dies in an accident.
A man in his 60s died yesterday (31st) trapped between a conveyor belt and an iron structure at a ready-mixed concrete plant in Okgu-eup, Gunsan-si, Jeollabuk-do.
Mr. A was found to have taken off the waste concrete by-products from the conveyor belt and was stung in the process of restarting the belt when it stopped.
The police and the Ministry of Employment and Labor are investigating the exact circumstances, including violations of the Serious Accident Punishment Act.
