Seoul, where I am, is a cool autumn weather with only cloudy skies, but it is raining mainly in the south and Jeju Island.

In particular, Jeju Island is predicted to receive a lot of rain and strong rain until tomorrow.

Safety needs to be careful as it is expected to pour very strongly at 30-50mm per hour overnight, which is a vulnerable time.Let's take a closer look at the non-contingency of

Typhoon 'Kong Lei' weakened as it passed Taiwan, but steam flowed in from the front seat, creating a rain cloud.

Currently, 20mm of rain per hour is concentrated on Jeju Island, where a heavy rain warning has been issued.

Strong winds and waves are also an emergency.

Currently, a "strong wind warning" is being issued on Jeju Island and a "wind warning" is being issued around the South Sea.

The special report will gradually expand to the southern coast.

Jeju Island has the possibility of flights being delayed or canceled due to strong rain and wind.

By tomorrow, heavy rain of up to 300mm is expected in the mountains of Jeju Island and up to 100mm is expected on the southern coast of Jeollanam-do and the southern coast of Gyeongnam.

Also, the east wind will blow tomorrow, and Yeongdong will receive up to 30mm of rain.

Rain will subside from the southern part of the country tomorrow, mostly stopping in the afternoon, and clear and mild weather is expected until the holiday.

However, the early winter cold is expected to come next Monday with cold winds after rain in the Seoul metropolitan area and Yeongseo.

Be careful of the waves along the coast.

Due to the high waves, there is a possibility of flooding in low-lying areas, so please pay attention to safety accidents.
