Autumn food festivals using local specialties have opened in various parts of Gangwon-do.
Yanggu-gun, Gangwon-do, will hold a variety of experience events using dried radish leaves and apples, a special product of Yanggu, for three days and sell locally produced apples at the "Punch Bowl and Apple" festival, which opened in the coastal area.
In Hongcheon-eup, the 9th Apple Festival, which will be held for three days, will be attended by more than 30 local farmers to sell apples and various apple processed products at a low price.
In addition, an apple festival will be held in Imgye-myeon, Jeongseon-gun for two days from the 2nd to sell locally produced apples along with an oil field performance.
From the 8th to the 17th, the "Kimjang Festival" will be held in Odaecheon, Pyeongchang-gun, to make kimchi using pickled cabbage and specialties produced in highland.
The cost of the kimchi-making experience is 64,000 won for 10kg and 122,000 won for 20kg, and you can get the kimchi made by courier.
