Next year's kindergarten costs can be raised up to 3.8% from this year, and if the increase rate is exceeded, the Ministry of Education's operating expenses support will be reduced.

The Ministry of Education recently announced the "2025 Kindergarten Cost Increase Rate Calculation Method".

This is in accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act, which states that the rate of increase in kindergarten expenses should not exceed the average consumer inflation rate in the previous three years.

However, if the national kindergarten passes the Ministry of Education and the public and private institutions pass the deliberation of organizations under the provincial office of education, the kindergarten fee can be higher than the upper limit.
