Driving through the car's fence on the sidewalk...hanging from the railing

At around 12:50 p.m. today (4th), a white car drove through a safety fence on the road near an apartment building in Oksu-dong, Seoul, and rushed to the sidewalk.No one was injured in the accident

but some safety fences and vehicles were damaged.

Police believe there are no alcohol or drug charges, and are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
