The National Assembly's Education Committee has decided to file a complaint against Jang Yoon-geum, former president of Sookmyung Women's University, and six witnesses who did not attend the parliamentary audit and had perjury reasons.

At the plenary session, the Education Commission voted on the 2024 parliamentary audit witness complaint.The

charge included former President Jang, Professor Seol Min-shin of Hankyung National University, and Chairman Kim Ji-yong of Kookmin University.

In addition, Hanyang University professor Kim Hyung-sook, Korea Institute of Education CEO Kim Soo-ki, and Korea Curriculum and Evaluation Director Oh Seung-gul were accused of perjury and refusal to submit documents.
