Harris "Tired of American Divide...We have more in common."
U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris appealed for support, saying, "We all have more in common than what separates us."

"People are frankly tired of this age that divides us," Harris said in an interview on a radio station in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a presidential race.

In an interview with a radio station in Atlanta, Georgia, he dismissed former President Trump's insults of him as "low intelligence," calling him noise.

"It's really demeaning themselves above all else," he continued, "and my purpose is to elevate people, to provide them with opportunities."

Harris is staying at her Washington, D.C., residence for radio interviews, and will watch the vote count at Howard University, her alma mater and Black college in Washington, D.C., when the vote ends and counting begins.
