Choi Mi-ja, a painter in his 80s, and the first solo exhibition on the theme of sea and forest.

Artist Choi Mi-ja in her 80s will hold her first solo exhibition at Gaon Gallery in Insa-dong from today to the 12th.

Choi, who has photographed and painted nature such as the sea, forests, and sky, will showcase more than 40 acrylic paintings he has drawn over the past three years.

Choi said, "I healed my mind through the mystery of nature," adding, "I want to convey the feeling of happiness I have while painting."
