"I'm embarrassed to see others"... Application for a warrant for "damaging an electronic anklet."

Pyeongtaek Police Station in Gyeonggi Province has requested an arrest warrant for a woman in her 20s who tried to damage an electronic anklet that was ordered to attach for stalking an acquaintance.
