One body believed to be the missing person of the sunken Venus was found in the sea off Jeju Island and has been recovered.
The Coast Guard said a Navy remote-controlled underwater robot, R.O.V. (R.O.V.) found one body around the hull last night (9th).
The body was recovered within two hours of discovery.
The Busan-registered 129-ton Venus, which had 27 people on board, sank 22 kilometers northwest of Biyangdo Island on Jeju Island in the early morning of the 8th.Two of the 15 people rescued after the
accident were killed, and 12 were missing.
The Coast Guard, along with the Navy, is looking for additional missing people around the area of the accident.
