Fire after 3 car crash in tunnel...1 SUV burned down

At around 6:10 p.m. today (10th), a car and two SUVs collided one after another at Yongmun Tunnel on National Route 6 in Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, and caught fire.

All five people in the three vehicles were evacuated and no one was injured, but all of the SUVs were in.

The fire department once issued the first stage of response, mobilizing both the personnel and equipment of the competent fire department, and extinguished all the fires in about 30 minutes.

Police and fire officials controlled access to the tunnel for about an hour and a half until the incident was completed.
