This is a document presumed to be a top-secret directive from North Korean leader Kim Jong-il on November 5, 1998.

This is the instruction given to

'Principal of Taecheon Military School and dean of Pyongyang Technical University of the State Security Department'.

"We need to finish the education and training courses for Taiwan, that is, Taiwanese students, and send them to Taecheon Military Academy for education."

The
Taechon Military Academy is a school that fosters military officers, or officers, necessary for special warfare in case of emergency.

The Pyongyang Technical University of the Ministry of National Security is also known as 'Kim Jong Il Security University' as a special agent training school.

Taiwan's information-related international students are being educated by entering Pyongyang Technical University in the Ministry of Security, and the instructions are to complete this training quickly and educate them at Taecheon Military Academy.

" Around the 1990s, North Korea or Taiwan would fall into some kind of diplomatic isolation.

In order to overcome such a situation, I think exchanges between the two sides probably took place behind the scenes.

For example, in 1997, there was a move to export nuclear waste from Taiwan to North Korea."

This is a document estimated to be Kim Jong-il's top secret directive written on July 7, 2005.

"The operatives in Taiwan are doing well. I've become a diplomat. I'm going to have to get the American people to go to bed.

It would be ridiculous for China to know this. It should be kept strictly confidential so that not a word can leak out."

In particular, attention is paid to Taiwan's hope for close ties with North Korea without knowing the U.S.

"Taiwan's demands are settled according to their opinions and we have to concede for something bigger. I'm very interested in what I do with them.

Taiwan tries to maintain relations with North Korea without the U.S. ever letting it know. We should pretend we don't know and do business with them."

"Hacking-related training in Taiwan for the first time, as well as money laundering,
I understand that making
money at first was actually brought in from there (Taiwan)."

Presumptive document of Kim Jong-il's top-secret instruction written three months after that

This is an instruction given to the deputy director of the National Security Department's case.

"Before, China was our closest brother country. But now China is a qualitative other country.

China considers it safe to sacrifice a friend by holding hands regardless of anyone for national gain"

These documents show North Korea's insistence on keeping China in check while secretly working with Taiwan.
