The United Nations Special Committee on Palestinian Human Rights has concluded that Israel's war in Gaza is characterized by genocide and genocide.

In its annual report to the UN General Assembly on the 18th, the Special Committee concluded that Israel's war effort has created conditions that cause enormous human damage and intentionally threaten survival.

"Since the start of the war, Israeli officials have publicly supported depriving Palestinians of necessities needed to sustain their lives, including food, water and fuel," the special committee said, noting that Israel has used the supply of necessities as a tool for war for political and military gain.

"Despite continued U.N. appeals, binding orders from the International Criminal Court and U.N. Security Council resolutions, humanitarian aid disruptions and attacks targeting civilians and aid workers continued during the siege of Gaza," he said.

The special committee explained that more than 25,000 tons of bombs, equivalent to the power of two nuclear bombs, fell on Gaza by early this year, destroying drinking water and sanitation systems and collapsing agriculture.

At the same time, he stressed that the targeting of Israeli forces, backed by artificial intelligence, combined with the use of high-weight bombs, abandoned their duty to distinguish between civilians and armed soldiers and to take appropriate action to prevent civilian deaths.

The Special Committee on Palestinian Investigations was established in 1968 under the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly, consisting of representatives from three countries: Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Senegal.

In response, the U.S. said it could not agree.

Deputy State Department spokesman Vedant Patel countered that the expressions and accusations contained in the special committee's report were clearly unfounded.
