North Korean State Councilor Kim Jong-un has encouraged preparations to inspect the construction site of a local factory and start full-scale operation at the same time as the factory is completed, the Korean Central News Agency reported.

The news agency said Chairman Kim guided the construction site of Jaeryeong-gun, South Hwanghae Province yesterday (14th).
