In the case of structural scoliosis, the cause is due to the wrong posture, so it can be improved through corrective treatment, exercise, and stretching."

"Structural scoliosis mainly occurs in adolescence and growth, although the cause is unknown. If the degree of scoliosis is not severe or there are no special symptoms, follow-up observation is performed without treatment. However, if the angle of scoliosis becomes severe or symptoms occur in the heart or lungs, surgery to prevent deterioration can be considered through braces," he said.
