The Democratic Party of Korea said it will fight with Lee until the end, condemning the political prosecution and calling for judicial justice in connection with the results of the first trial of the Lee Jae-myung Public Official Election Act.

More than 190 lawmakers, including Democratic Party lawmakers and regional chairmen across the country, issued such condemnation at an emergency joint meeting held at the National Assembly.

The condemnation also said that he expressed strong regret over the first trial's ruling, which unilaterally accepted the prosecution of manipulation and distortion by the political prosecution of the Yoon Suk Yeol regime to kill representative Lee Jae-myung.

In his opening remarks at the joint meeting, Park Chan-dae, the floor leader, argued that Lee was innocent in the court of public sentiment and history, saying that a black history was born in which the court ruled against the removal of political opponents and political oppression of the brutal prosecution dictatorship.

At a joint meeting held behind closed doors, Supreme Council member Kim Min-seok reportedly told participants that they should not miss the big trend of regime change, whether it is impeachment, constitutional amendment or resignation, but that a restrained response is needed.
