The Korean Medical Association, which transformed into an emergency committee system due to the impeachment of former chairman Lim Hyun-taek, will set up an emergency committee with 15 members and assign three as their majors.

On the 13th, the members of the Medical Association, which elected Park Hyung-wook, chairman of the emergency committee, held a steering committee today (16th) to discuss the composition and direction of operation of the emergency committee.

Here, the size of the emergency committee will be reduced to 15 people, and a fifth will be filled with the personnel of the Korean Council of Major.

Chairman Park Hyung-wook said that three representatives of the Korea War Association will participate among the 15 people, and who will participate will be decided by the Korea War Association.

As soon as the formation of the emergency committee is completed, the emergency committee of the Medical Association will review whether to participate in the ruling and opposition parties' consultative body and the Special Committee on Medical Reform.
