Ten people were killed and 44 injured when Russia launched another airstrike on Ukraine's southern port city of Odesa.
Authorities in Odessa state said they were attacked by a Russian missile on the 18th local time, including four children.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Telegram that Russian ballistic missiles struck residential areas in Odesa, destroying parking lots, apartments, university buildings and government offices, and that the airstrike was meant to show his will to war.
A day earlier, two Ukrainian state power company Ukrenergo employees were killed in a Russian bombing in Odessa, the company said.
Russia has also been stepping up its latest offensive over the weekend, conducting large-scale airstrikes involving missiles and drones targeting energy facilities across Ukraine.
