A fire broke out on the second floor of the five-story Gosiwon building in Heukseok-dong, Seoul, at 10:40 p.m. last night (18th) and was extinguished in 30 minutes.

Fortunately, no one was injured because the second floor was empty due to internal construction, but 32 people on the other floor were evacuated.
