Kim Jong-un meets with head of Russian government... "Closer cooperation"

North Korean State Councilor Kim Jong-un met with Natural Representative Minister Aleksandro Kozlov, who led a delegation of the Russian government to North Korea, the Korean Central News Agency reported.

Chairman Kim met with Minister Kozlov at the Labor Party headquarters building and evaluated the closer, expanded, and deepened bilateral solidarity and cooperation in each field after the signing of the New Treaty between North Korea and Russia, the news agency said.

A delegation from the Russian government arrived in Pyongyang on the 17th to attend the 11th meeting of the North Korea-Russia Trade Economy and Science and Technology Cooperation Committee, and a welcoming banquet was held at the Yanggakdo International Hotel yesterday evening.

At the same time, a delegation from the Russian General Staff Military Academy led by President Vladimir Zarudnytsky arrived in Pyongyang yesterday to discuss exchanges and cooperation between military educational institutions in North Korea and Russia.
