For the second day in most parts of the country, such as -7 degrees Celsius in Daegwallyeong and -5.4 degrees Celsius in Geochang, South Gyeongsang Province and Jangsu, North Jeolla Province, the cold below zero continued,

In Seoul, the lowest temperature in the morning was 1 degree Celsius, slightly higher than yesterday, but the wind chill remained below zero at minus 2.9 degrees Celsius.

Fortunately, the cold does not continue for a long time, and the season has returned to its place from today afternoon.

As of 3 p.m., the temperature in Seoul was 10.9 degrees Celsius and 10 degrees Celsius, exceeding the average of 9.9 degrees Celsius at this time of year.

After that, until the end of this week, the morning temperature in Seoul will be between 1 and 6 degrees, and the daytime temperature will be between 10 and 12 degrees, similar to or slightly higher than the average year, showing a clear late autumn weather.
