The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said that a rally hosted by the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and the National Farmers' Federation will be held tomorrow (20th) and traffic congestion is expected as some roads in the downtown area are blocked.
The organizers will hold preliminary rallies at Sungnyemun and Gwanghwamun from 1:30 p.m. and then advance march to Sejongdae, the venue of the rally.
In addition, after the main assembly at 3 p.m., the march will continue from 4 p.m. to Namyoung intersection via Seoul Station.
The police plan to operate variable lanes to maintain traffic communication as much as possible, and to deploy 170 traffic police officers around rallies and marches to manage traffic such as vehicle detours.
