The Walt Disney Company is releasing a series of sequels of popular box office hits. Animations, which will be newly introduced as live-action movies, are also attracting attention.

Disney Content Showcase APAC 2024' (Disney Content Showcase 2024) was held in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore on the morning of the 20th (local time). Looking back on the achievements so far, it has pre-released movie releases and streaming scheduled in 2025.

More than 500 reporters and partners from 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including Korea, Japan, China and Australia, attended the site.

OSTs such as "Mupasa: The Lion King," "Snow White" and "Moana 2," as well as previews and stills of various works such as "Tron: Ares," Walt Disney animation studio "Zootopia 2," Pixar's "Hopers" and "Dream Productions," Lucasfilm's "The Mandalorian and Grogu," Marvel Television's "Daredevil: Born Again" and Marvel Studios' "Fantastic 4: New Start," were released on the same day.

Mufasa: The Lion King, which will be released in Korea on the 18th of next month, depicts a legendary journey of a young lion, Mufasa, orphaned in the huge wild, to become the king of the world beyond the given fate. Director Barry Jenkins' special message and a new OST, "I Always Wanted A Brother," composed by Lin Manuel Miranda, were released for the first time in the Asia-Pacific region.

"Snow White" is a live-action musical film of the Disney animated classic "Snow White," and Rachel Ziegler's special message and movie OST "Whistle While You Work" were released for the first time in the Asia-Pacific region. It is scheduled to be released in Korea in March 2025.

'Avatar: Fire and Ash' is scheduled for release in December 2025. It invites the audience to the Pandora planet once again with an immersive new adventure with "Jake Sully" (Sam Washington), "Natiri" (Joe Saldana), and Sulli's family, who became the leader of the Navi tribe. The conceptual art of the film was unveiled at this event.

Moana 2, which will portray "Moana" and "Maui" going on a dangerous adventure with new sailors, is set to be released on the 27th. The preview video was released for the first time in the Asia-Pacific region.

Police officers Judy Hobbs and Nick Wild will appear in Zootopia and "Zootopia 2," a story about chasing a mysterious reptile that has turned the city of mammals upside down, will be released in November 2025.

The third season of the superhero family, "Incredibles 3" and "Dream Productions," also heralded the return. "Dream Productions" depicts a story unfolding at a dream production center where various dreams are produced every night when "Riley" falls asleep. It will be released on December 11, and the preview video was released for the first time in the Asia-Pacific region.
