Yongin Mayor "Governor Kim Dong-yeon should disclose economic figures for three GTX-Plus projects."

Lee Sang-il, Mayor of Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, issued a statement today (20th) and demanded that "Gyeonggi Governor Kim Dong-yeon disclose the results of the economic feasibility study of the three GTX-Plus projects (GTX-G·H route and GTX-C route extension) conducted by giving services to provincial residents."

Mayor Lee said, "It is a very irresponsible attitude to hold onto the position that we will not disclose the cost-benefit (B/C) value of the GTX-Plus project, which was proposed as the province's top priority, ignores the right of Gyeonggi residents to know."

"It is a trick administration that the provincial government has asked the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to reflect the three projects in the national railway network plan without disclosing or explaining the results of the economic feasibility study."

Mayor Lee was earlier in Yongin?Suwon? Seongnam?It also demanded that citizens in four Hwaseong cities disclose the B/C value, which is the result of Governor Kim's project, so that they can objectively compare the southern Gyeonggi metropolitan railway project with Governor Kim's three GTX-Plus projects.
