Students from Dongduk Women's University gathered and voted on the co-educational transition, and it was found that there was no vote in favor.

The student council of Dongduk Women's University held a general meeting of students today (20th) and voted on the pros and cons of co-education for students.

The agenda for the transition to co-education was rejected with no one approving it, with 1,971 out of 1,973 students participating in the student meeting opposing it and two abstaining.

The presidential election agenda was then passed with one out of 1,933 people who voted abstaining and all others approving it.

The student council plans to deliver the results from the student meeting to the university headquarters.

The general meeting of students is an organization that discusses and decides important issues with students, and can be held only when more than 650 students, or 10% of all students, attend. Today (20th), more than 1,900 students, or about 30% of all students, attended the general meeting.

Previously, Dongduk Women's University has been protesting since the 11th, with students occupying the main building and refusing classes, as news broke that the school discussed the transition to engineering.
