Prosecutors seek life imprisonment for choir leader of 'killing abuse of high school girls in church'

The Incheon District Prosecutors' Office today (25th) demanded a life sentence for the choir leader Park, who was put on trial for abusing and killing a high school girl who lived with her at a church.

In addition, two choir members who participated in the crime under Park's direction were sentenced to 30 years in prison, and the victim's mother, who is suspected of abandoning the victim in need of treatment to a church rather than a hospital, was sentenced to five years in prison.

Earlier, Park and others were arrested and charged with repeatedly committing harsh acts, such as confining and beating underage female student victims to church from February to mid-May, and leaving the victim, whose life was in critical condition, as it was, to die.
