Allegations of Animal Abuse have been booked as a representative of a dog cafe in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.

Yangju Police Station in Gyeonggi Province is investigating a man in his 30s on charges of abusing customers' dogs by running a dog cafe.

The complaint filed by the police reportedly contained that A habitually abused his dog, such as strangling or punching him/her last month.

Police are investigating the details of the incident based on internal CCTV and related statements.
