The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs said it sent an initial quarantine team to the farm to kill infected cattle and conduct an epidemiological investigation.

It also plans to temporarily suspend movement until 6 p.m. tomorrow (26th) for livestock facility workers and vehicles in Dong-gu, and intensively disinfect farms and surrounding roads in six nearby cities and counties, including Gyeongsan, Yeongcheon, and Chilgok.
