Last night, a fire broke out at a motel in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, injuring more than a dozen guests.
In Ulsan, the driver who got out of the car to check the traffic accident was hit by a car that was following him and was seriously injured.

At 10:08 p.m. last night, a fire broke out in a four-story motel building in Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Eighteen people, including three seriously injured people with breathing difficulties, were injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
A man was found in a second-floor room in a cardiac arrest and was taken to a nearby hospital before recovering.
Fortunately, there were no deaths.
At the time of the fire, there were 16 guests in the motel out of 25 rooms.
The fire authorities took preemptive action by mobilizing all the personnel and equipment of nearby fire departments within 10 minutes of receiving the report, fearing that the damage to lives would increase.
Police and fire authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire based on reports that the fire started at the checkout counter on the first floor of the motel and witness testimony.
At around 6:50 p.m. last evening (25th), a collision occurred on a road in Ulju-gun, Ulsan, and a female driver in his 50s got out of the car to deal with it and was seriously injured by a vehicle following him.
Four cars were hit in total following the accident, and police are investigating the exact circumstances.
