Internet users are continuing to argue over a note posted by an apartment resident, "Please understand my father in his 90s smoking."
Recently, an online community posted a photo of a note saying, "Hello, I'm a 97-year-old son living with my father."
The person who wrote the note said that he was a child living with his 97-year-old father and said, "I have no choice but to smoke indoors because my father is uncomfortable to move and cannot go out."
He then said, "I'm sorry for causing trouble to my neighbors," and added, "I hope you can understand with the feeling of a reverse position, what if it's my parents?" I ask for your understanding with a broad heart," he added.
Controversy has grown among Internet users over this story. Some say they understand how residents feel about releasing such a note despite the inconvenience, but most Internet users responded, "Why do many people have to bear the damage?"
