Lee Eon-joo, a supreme council member of the Democratic Party of Korea, said that the execution needs to be carried out for the sake of a large number of good people and a peaceful society, with Park Dae-sung, 30, who murdered a teenager in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do for no reason.

Supreme Council member Lee wrote on his SNS, saying that the brutality of the case is indescribable, the anti-sociality of the criminal is serious, and there is no room for misjudgment because the criminal is obvious due to the nature of the case.

He added that he hopes that the perpetrator will be sentenced to the highest court sentence, including the death penalty, to provide a little comfort to the shocked and saddened people and their bereaved families.
