At around 4:20 p.m. yesterday (2nd), a ready-mixed concrete crashed into the center of the road in Seokgwan-dong, Seoul.
It was found that the driver was not seriously injured and did not bump into another vehicle.
Police believe the accident occurred due to poor driving, saying the driver was not drunk.
