Part of the conversation between former President Trump, a Republican presidential candidate in the U.S., and then-Vice President Pence when he disobeyed the results of the 2020 presidential election was disclosed in a document submitted to the court by the independent counsel team.

The independent counsel team confronted the Supreme Court's decision head-on and stipulated that former President Trump's attempt to overturn the presidential election results cannot be subject to criminal immunity, and attention is being paid to how it will affect the presidential election.

This is the document submitted to the court by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

The court disclosed most of the characters' names, covering them up, revealing the identity of former Vice President Mike Pence.

Much of the 165-page record was devoted to conversations Trump had with his running mate, Pence, after losing the 2020 presidential election.

When Pence accepted the results of the presidential election and advised him to run again in 2024, former President Trump said, "I don't know," adding, " 2024 is too far."

Former President Trump also warned Pence in January 2021 that he would be considered "foolish" if Congress certified "Joe Biden's election."

As a result, the special counsel concluded that former President Trump's attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election was a "private act" that could not be subject to criminal immunity.

It was in response to the Supreme Court's broad recognition of immunity from public acts during the former president's tenure in July.

Former President Trump's camp criticized the release of the documents, stressing that the indictment itself is a partisan and unconstitutional witch hunt.

However, as the Democratic Party has been using its history of disobeying the presidential election as a basis for claiming former President Trump's unfitness for office, attention is being paid to how the evidence released this time will affect the presidential election, which is about 30 days away.
