Typhoon 'Kuraton', which has landed in Taiwan and is moving slowly, is expected to weaken inland to tropical low pressure by tomorrow morning.
The weather service said Typhoon "Kuraton" will move in the center of Taiwan's interior between tonight and tomorrow morning, continuing to be affected by high mountain ranges in the east and shallow depths in the west.
As a result, the power of the typhoon will weaken faster than expected to the tropical low pressure, and Korea is not expected to have a direct impact from the typhoon.
However, there is a possibility that the rain clouds left by the typhoon will act as a variable in Korea's weather after the weekend after escaping to the sea.
The Korea Meteorological Administration will hold a briefing tomorrow morning (4th) to announce the path of typhoon rain clouds and the extent of their impact after the weekend.
