Flights to Iran resume..."Safe flight conditions are guaranteed."

Iranian authorities have resumed operations at the country's airport, which has been suspended since the Israeli attack, AFP reported on the 3rd local time, citing Iranian media.

"With smooth and safe flight conditions guaranteed and restrictions ending, airlines will be able to operate flights from 5 a.m. on the 3rd," Iranian Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) spokesman Jafar Yazerlu said.

Earlier, the ICAO restricted passenger flights and canceled all flights in its airspace on the 1st, when Iran fired missiles at Israel.

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) previously advised European airlines to avoid Iranian airspace by the 31st of this month in view of a possible Israeli retaliatory attack.
