The People's Power criticized the Democratic Party of Korea leader Lee Jae-myung for turning even the election to select local workers into a political battleground.

Spokesman Kim Hye-ran said in a commentary that Lee made remarks during the campaign to support the election of Ganghwa County in Incheon, saying, "If it is serious enough to wait for the election, we should pull it out even in the middle."

He then criticized CEO Lee's judicial risk as an anti-constitutional challenge, saying, "Do you mean that you will exercise your skills even if you make false incitement?"
