Comedian Jang Dong-min won another global poker competition.
Jang Dong-min won the 'Asian Poker Tour' (APT) held in Taiwan from the 27th of last month.
Earlier, former professional gamer Lim Yo-hwan won the individual competition in 2018 and Hong Jin-ho won in 2019.
Jang Dong-min announced the victory on Instagram on the 7th, saying, "I was very nervous because it was the biggest competition in Asia, but I had a feeling of winning since I left the country."
"I'm in good spirits these days," he said, adding, "I'll win a bigger competition next time."
Jang Dong-min has been active in survival entertainment programs such as tvN's "The Genius" Season 3 and 4 (2014-2015) and "Society Game 2" (2017). Last year, he won the Asian Poker Championship (APC) High Roller category and won 50 million won in prize money.
In November last year, he appeared on MBC's "Radio Star" and said that the accumulated prize money reached 150 million won a year after entering the competition.
