The ruling party's all-out war in the by-elections in Ganghwa... "Makes up for the government's shortcomings."

People's Power visited Ganghwa, Incheon, where the by-elections will be held a day before the early voting for the October 16 by-elections.

Chairman Han Dong-hoon told the Supreme Council that if the Democratic Party takes charge of Ganghwa's housekeeping, Ganghwa will be used as a victim of the Democratic-style war, and that we will make up for what the government sees as insufficient.

Supreme Council member Jang Dong-hyuk stressed that the president, the mayor of Incheon, and local lawmakers all belong to the people's power, and urged Ganghwa-gun to become a candidate for the ruling party.
