Hwaseong City's 'Paramount Theme Park'...Opened in 2029

The theme park using Paramount Intellectual Property is the first in Korea.

Asia's largest theme park is expected to be built in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do in 2029.

Gyeonggi Province, Hwaseong City, Shinsegae Group, and global media group Paramount Global have joined hands.

It is Songsan Green City in Hwaseong, where large-scale housing sites are being built.

It is called the so-called "golden straw" land because it is accessible within an hour by car from the metropolitan area.

The project to create Asia's largest theme park in 2029 has begun in earnest.

Amusement facilities, Starfield, and golf courses. It is to create a 360,000 pyeong complex with hotels and other facilities.

To this end, Gyeonggi Province, Hwaseong City, Shinsegae Group, and Paramount held a ceremony to announce the hosting of the Hwaseong International Theme Park Global IP Company."

It is the first theme park in Korea that utilizes Paramount's intellectual property such as the movie Mission Impossible.

Paramount is a global media group that owns American broadcaster CBS, Paramount Pictures, MTV, and others, and will also participate directly in designing theme parks.

The number of visitors is expected to be around 30 million per year.

Gyeonggi-do Province expects the project to create a Hwaseong International Theme Park to further boost the development project in western Gyeonggi Province.
