According to JTBC's "Case Team Leader" on the 11th, the informant's story was told that he became the perpetrator after colliding a vehicle in front of him that stopped while driving on a highway.
The informant said on the 7th that while driving normally while keeping the speed limit on the first lane of the highway from Changwon to Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, the vehicle in front of him hurriedly changed its lane, and a vehicle that opened its trunk and was stopping appeared.
At that time, the informant was unable to change the lane because a truck was running in the next lane, and inevitably hit the stopped vehicle.
The informant, who lost his mind in the accident, belatedly heard from the police that the driver of the stopped vehicle said, "I stopped to go to the trunk because I needed an envelope to save the cat."
The informant even found out that he was the perpetrator, not the victim of a car accident. In response, the police explained that it was an inevitable accident, but under the Road Traffic Act, they had no choice but to give negligence to the informant who did not keep an eye on the front.
The informant said, "I didn't speed up and didn't neglect to look ahead, but I feel unfair that I became the perpetrator."
In the process of colliding with a stopped vehicle, the informant also collided with a truck in the next lane and was in a position to reach an agreement. In particular, the refrigerator loaded on the truck was damaged, and even excluding the settlement fee, it may have to pay more than 60 million won.
The informant said that the stopped vehicle has not received insurance and has not been contacted, adding, "This can happen to anyone. I report it out of frustration," he added.
