The Seoul Rehabilitation Court said today (17th) that it has decided to start the rehabilitation process of Happy Money INC, the operator of Happy Money gift certificates.
The deadline for submitting the final rehabilitation plan is February 20 next year, and if the court decides that there is no possibility of survival after deciding whether to approve rehabilitation, Happy Money will go bankrupt.
First of all, Happy Money must prepare a list of creditors and submit it to the court by the 14th of next month.
Happy Money plans to receive gift certificate bonds on its website in response to the court's request to come up with measures to protect the rights of gift certificate holders, and then take measures to allow them to be reimbursed through the rehabilitation plan.
Happy money gift certificates are currently suspended due to the delay in the settlement of Timef.
