Police have requested an arrest warrant for the surgeon and hospital director, who are suspected of abortion (pregnancy suspension) in the 36th week of pregnancy.
It has been more than three months since an investigation was requested to the police in July.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency recently requested an arrest warrant for two people, including the head of an obstetrics and gynecology hospital who operated on a woman in her 20s who posted her abortion experience on YouTube, and the doctor who performed the surgery. The interrogation of suspects before their arrest will be held tomorrow (23rd) at the Seoul Central District Court.

Earlier on June 27, A posted a video titled "Total surgery cost 9 million won, 120 hours like hell" on his YouTube channel.
The video contains a claim that A had an abortion at 36 weeks without knowing that she was pregnant.
Since then, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has asked the police to investigate A and the doctor who performed abortion surgery for murder.
Police have booked a total of nine people in connection with the case, including six medical staff, one YouTuber, and two patient brokers.
Mr. A was also charged with murder, and the hospital director, the housekeeper, and four other medical staff were booked on the charge of aiding and abetting the murder.
