Police have requested an arrest warrant for the doctor and obstetrician who performed the surgery in connection with the 36-week abortion suspicion.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said it applied for an arrest warrant last week for a homicide doctor and a hospital director.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health and Welfare asked the police to investigate doctors and others who operated in connection with the 36-week abortion video posted on YouTube for murder, and the police analyzed the video to identify hospitals and book officials.
The hearing on the warrant will be held tomorrow (23rd) at the Seoul Central District Court.
